Christmas Gift Cards

This year’s Mistletoe range by Making Memories is beautiful for your Christmas layouts. Make sure you get your supplies now for your scrapbooking after Christmas. The two papers pictured here are felt (above) and foil (below) but of course there are many more in the range.

I used a little for my Gift Card classes last week, along with Hero Arts felts, stamping, cuttlebugging and brads.

Each card was a gift card holder, all with simple embellished fronts and different ways of securing gift cards. One was an envelope converted to a gift card holder, one was a slip-in type, another rounded envelope and two were pop-outs. The last one was a few little tricky folds, but looked cool as a pop-up.

I am running this easy class again on Thursday night this week if anyone is keen, with 4 places left.

This will be the last Cardmaking Class for this year, starting up again in February. Weekly on Wednesdays and fortnightly on Thursday nights.

  1. Love that Mistletoe range………what stamps did you use for “Merry Christmas”? Me likey a lot!

    • One is from the Hero Arts Sparkle Clear range, the other one is an old one from last year – Hampton Art.
Have you seen the felt embellishments MM did with the Mistletoe? With buttons? ooh la la.

  2. Ta- yep I’ve seen the whole range and it’s yummy! I haven’t bought any new Christmas product this year- been using up older stuff for cards etc……we might not have any Christmassy photos to scrap this year so I’ll wait and see, but if I do need anything, MM Mistletoe will probably be it…..I’ve been buying tropical/summery/cruise type stuff instead!!!
